Each switch features two sets of SPST contacts, one normally open and one normally closed, allowing for a wide variety of switching functions.
A complete assembly requires a switch (or indicator) unit, a lens, and a lamp, each of which must be purchased separately.
The lenses contain a removable legend plate that the user can mark.
Lamps can be changed from the front of the panel.
