SMC C85 Pneumatic Cylinders

SMC C85 cylinders meet ISO 6432 and CETOP RP52P standards, offering 100% mounting repeatability precision. They incorporate abrasion-resistant seals and a replaceable piston rod seal. Resistant to corrosion, the cylinders feature stainless steel cylinder and piston rod construction, double-assembled aluminum anodized caps, and provide exceptional service life. The double-assembled caps ensure a tight seal. High dust resistance is achieved through a unique, specially designed dust wiper seal, making SMC C85 pneumatic cylinders suitable for extremely dusty environments. A low friction design integrating elastomeric cushioning seals allows the cylinders to operate at speeds up to 1,500 mm/s. C85 cylinders are supplied with a piston rod locknut and mounting nut; installation is easy using large flat wrench surfaces and the compact design.
