Cylindrical inductive proximity sensor IME Standard from SICK offer accurate sensing, less downtime and a long service life. The standard cylindrical inductive sensor family includes the IME inductive sensors, equipped with advanced ASIC technology. This allows digital adjustment after the manufacturing process is complete. The patented ASIC technology eliminates production tolerances, allowing the IME to provide highly accurate and repeatable sensing over any number of production runs. The IME sensors have been encapsulated using hot melt technology, which prolongs their life even when subjected to shock and vibration.
