Typical Composition Component 1: Sodium Acetat Buffer 10 ml Component 2: Dye Reagent 0.09 g Sodium Acetat 0.04 g 1-Naphthyl phosphate disodium salt 0.03 g Acetic acid 0.03 ml Fast Blue B salt 0.06 g Distilled water ad 10 ml pH 4.6 ± 0.2 Shelf life and storage The Acid Phosphatase Reagent may be used until the expiry date indicated on the label if stored at 2...8 °C.
