Intended Use
The Acid Phosphatase Reagent is used in accordance with ISO 14189 to detect acid phosphatase from Clostridium perfringens.
Typical Composition
- Component 1: Sodium Acetat Buffer 10 ml
- Component 2: Dye Reagent
- 0.09 g Sodium Acetate
- 0.04 g 1-Naphthyl phosphate disodium salt
- 0.03 g Acetic acid
- 0.06 g Fast Blue B salt
- Distilled water ad 10 ml pH 4.6 ± 0.2
Shelf Life and Storage
The Acid Phosphatase Reagent may be used until the expiry date indicated on the label if stored at 2...8 °C. It must be stored protected from light.
