Vibration Meter with Data Logging and External Sensors
The vibration meter with data logging is an ideal device for checking vibrating parts, machines, and installations. The external sensor of the vibration meter can measure acceleration up to 399.9 m/s², velocity up to 399.9 mm/s, and displacement up to 3.9 mm. The measurement parameters are RMS, peak, peak-to-peak, and crest factor. Another function of the vibration meter is automatic assessment according to ISO 10816-3. This means that the meter can indicate the current vibration status of a machine by indicating the permitted thresholds. For this reason, the vibration meter is used, for example, for repair and maintenance work on machines. The LiPo accumulator with a capacity of 2500 mAh has an autonomy of up to 20 hours. The accumulator can be charged via the micro USB interface of the vibration meter. To process the measured values, you can store them in the vibration meter, which has internal memory. You can record the values manually or automatically. After the measurement is complete, you can transfer the values from the vibration meter to a computer. The software for the vibration meter allows you to analyze the data graphically or as numerical values in a table. You can export the values in CSV format. Firmware updates can also be performed via the software.
