Description
The instrument is presented in a comfortable complete structure of flexible clamp toroidals incorporated that allow to embrace also cables or bars of large dimensions. Thanks to a sophisticated memory management algorithm, it is possible to monitor an installation even for considerable times.
This actually starts the registration with a sampling period selectable via software among the values 1, 6, 30 and 60 seconds and, when the memory is almost full, the previously memorized values are “re-sampled” according to the next value of the sampling period, thus freeing up part of the memory, continuing then to register new values adopting the new measurement interval. In this way it is possible to keep the instrument in registration for up to approx. 90 days.
Each record is kept in the internal memory and is downloadable and visible on the PC always through dedicated software. The XL422 DataLogger is also supplied with a special adhesive velcro that makes it possible to place it at any point in the installation where measurements are needed. The high level of protection (IP65) makes the instrument completely reliable even in extreme conditions.
