Siemens LOGO! Series 6

The Siemens LOGO! Series 6 includes additional features to keep LOGO! at the forefront of this technology. The new generation of LOGO! 0BA6 offers another decisive advantage: the possibility of connecting an additional text display without a communication module. This is very useful for displaying and visualizing messages relevant to the operator.

The text visualization has been optimized according to the needs of a logic module and can be projected with the same function block as the internal display. In addition, the performance of the basic module has been improved by more than 50% for the 200 function blocks. Therefore, even more applications can be replaced with the most cost-effective configurations of LOGO! Potential savings can be achieved.

Important improvements compared to previous LOGO! units include:

• LOGO! TD with direct connection for all basic 0BA6 modules.
• Display with adjustable permanent backlighting (integrated or in TD).
• Up to 50 text blocks for messages (integrated or in TD).
• New integrated PWM functions.
• Simple bar chart functionality.
• Text functionality.
• 4 analog inputs (0-10 V) instead of 2.
• 4 (5 kHz) fast counter inputs instead of 2 (2 kHz).
• Analog output from 0 mA to 20 mA or 4 mA to 20 mA.
• 10 different languages built-in (GE, EN, FR, IT, ES, CN, JAP, TR, RUS and NL).
