XPS MC, Configurable Safety Controllers, Base Units

A configurable device capable of centrally controlling various safety functions such as emergency stops, safety locks, magnetic safety locks, two-hand controllers, immaterial barriers, zero speed detection, and activation switches. Designed to provide a solution for safety applications requiring compliance with Category 4 of EN 954-1/ISO 13849-1 standard and the SIL 3 requirements of IEC 61508 standard.

It incorporates an interface to communicate with operator dialogue terminals (Magelis) or PLC devices.

• 30 certified safety functions can be assigned to the safety outputs. These are configured using the XPS MCWIN software (consult code)
• The required safety function can be selected after receiving the product.

Codes and are starter kits. These kits contain: safety controller, XPS-MCWIN configuration software, cable with USB male connector to 8 contacts, mini DIN female 8-contact cable to RJ45, cable with D-Sub male 25-pin connector to RJ45, box clamp kit and threaded clamp kit

• Cable for PC with USB port: codes 464-962 and 218-080
