Professional Counting Scale up to 6 kg

The counting scale is a valuable aid for professionals in any counting task. The scale contains an internal data memory of up to 1,000 items and can be accessed easily, for example, with a scanner.

The data of the items that can be stored in the counting scale are as follows: item name, barcodes, piece weight, allowed weight deviations (min. / max.), and packaging weight (TARA). Registering the allowed information on the counting scale is quite simple, as the data are presented in a software table similar to a spreadsheet and transferred to the internal memory of the counting scale.

Furthermore, the counting scale can transfer the obtained counts to a PC or, optionally, to a USB pen drive. Even without internal memory, the counting scale remains a valuable aid for professionals. For example, if a barcode is not in the data memory, the user is informed of this and has the possibility of carrying out further weighings / counts using the barcode, if necessary, they can be registered or transferred to a PC. This inventory / count performed allows a great amount of work time to be saved and transmission errors to be excluded.

Despite the different keys of the professional counting scale, data processing is very simple, it can be done on a PC in the form of a table.

Create a table, for example, in Excel, where the data are stored: memory location, item name, barcode, unit weight, nominal weight, deviation tolerance (min. max.) and tare weight, store this data as a CSV file. This may be possible through your company's ERP system. Then it is easy to transfer them using the standard found in the contents of the shipment, the free software of the professional counting scale. After a successful data transfer, items can be accessed quickly and conveniently. This service can be performed directly through the keys of the compact professional scale or with the help of an optional scanner available.

According to the configuration of the compact professional scale, data can be stored automatically as a .txt file on the PC or on a USB stick. The data can be grouped into different categories such as user, item number, hour, date and unit weight. Importing data from a .txt file into Excel is relatively simple and allows for easy calculation of the count performed. It is also possible to count products that are not stored with the desired information and record them on the counting scale, without the need for a database. Therefore, it is possible to use the professional counting scale in most application areas.
