Description
Repacor SW-1000 (formerly SikaCor SW 1000 RepaCor, SikaCor SW-1000 RepaCor) is an innovative 2-component abrasion-resistant coating / filler for the maintenance or repair of mechanically damaged coating areas. Protective coating with mechanical and UV resistance in an easy-to-use cartridge.

Recommended Use
It can be used as a protective anti-corrosive filler in land and marine installations (wind turbines), hydraulic engineering (lock gates, steel sheet piles, etc.) or other elevated steel structures where a simple, high-performance and durable repair coating is required.

Colors
RAL 1023 (color tone approved in accordance with WSA-TR05), RAL 7035. There may be slight color variations due to the characteristics of the raw materials.
Flash Point
Base: > 200 °C, Hardener: > 200 °C.
Cleaner/Thinner
Thinner P (for cleaning). Clean tools and equipment thoroughly immediately after use. Do not dilute Repacor SW-1000.
Container Size
Two-component material supplied in a cartridge: Cartridge with 380 g, 12 cartridges per box, 60 boxes on a pallet.
Mixing Ratio
2 parts base to 1 part hardener by volume. Self-mixing thanks to the 2-part cartridges with static mixer.
Density
1.5 kg/l (may vary depending on colors).
Shelf Life
2 years from the date of manufacture, stored in original sealed cartridges in a cool and dry environment.
