Bridge Rectifiers - Vishay Semiconductor

The bridge rectifier converts an alternating current (AC) input to a direct current (DC) output for full-wave rectification applications. The diode arrangement provides the same output polarity for any input polarity. A three-phase full-wave rectifier is a configuration of six diodes in a bridge circuit arrangement. The packages are designed for minimum size, maximum reliability and maximum thermal performance.
