Plexus MA 830 adhesive & activator, 380 ml cartridge including mixing nozzle
Plexus MA830 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of metals without primers. In addition, MA830 does a superb job of bonding thermoplastic and composite assemblies with little or no surface preparation.
Performance
- Combined at a 10:1 ratio, MA830 has a working time of 4 to 6 minutes
- Achieves approximately 75% of ultimate strength in 15 to 25 minutes at 74°F (23°C)
- Provides a unique combination of high strength, excellent fatigue endurance, outstanding impact resistance, and superior toughness
Availability
Plexus MA830 is supplied in a ready-to-use cartridge, 5-gallon (20-liter) pails, or 50-gallon (200-liter) drums to be dispensed as a non-sagging gel.
