Permabond POP Primary polyolefin

Other articles of plantPOP has been formulated as a printing material for the surface treatment of polyolefins, silicones and PTFE before binding to our cyanoacrylate adhesives.

Because of their low surface energy, plastics such as PP, PE, silicone and PTFE are difficult to join without special surface treatment.

• Ideal for gluing plastics such as PTFE, Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE) and Silicones.

Preparation of the surface

• Surfaces must be clean, dry and fat-free before applying Permabond POP
• Brush, clean, dip or spray Permabond POP on the low energy surface.
• Allow the components to dry completely before joining

Recommendation for the European Parliament

• To achieve maximum adhesion strength, allow the adhesive to cure for 24 hours at 23 °C.
