PCE-UTU 30 Tensile Tester

Tensile tester for tensile testing / generation of stress-strain diagrams / different versions / Regulated DC motor / breakage detection / variable test speed / force control / complex configuration options.

The tensile tester is suitable as a device for tensile testing. It is used with a tensile tester, a standardized normal method to determine the characteristics of materials, such as the determination of the elastic limit, tensile strength, elongation at break and other characteristics by applying the tensile tester.

As mentioned above, tensile testing is a standardized and destructive procedure used to examine materials. It uses standardized samples with a defined cross-sectional surface by applying extended force and fracture.

The expansion of the samples by the tensile tester is carried out without impact and with a regular force amplification. The tensile tester offers the possibility to determine the elastic limit, the tensile strength and the elongation at break of the tensile sample, among others. After the measurement, the tensile tester sends detailed results, which are transferred to the software as a stress-strain diagram. In this diagram, the obtained values and the characteristic magnitudes of the materials are clearly read.
