Monopolar D Type 6 kA, System Pro M
The D type offers a short-circuit response level (but higher than the C type) of 10 - 13 x rated current, making them suitable for circuits with high input currents, such as motor control and lighting installations with fluorescent lamps in industrial buildings. Noise could cause an incorrect disconnection if a faster type were used.
