Magnetic Dip Stick
The magnetic dip stick is a tool used to measure the depth of a liquid in a container. It consists of a long, thin rod with a magnet at one end.
When the dip stick is inserted into the liquid, the magnet will attract any ferrous (iron-containing) particles present in the liquid. The depth to which the magnet attracts these particles indicates the level of the liquid.
