Condensate cleaners evacuate from the compressed air network moisture that forms in cyclone separators, refrigerator dryers and filters. They are essential for effective compressed air treatment and to ensure a seamless supply of compressed air.

Kaeser's ECO-DRAIN electronic condensate cleaners are very economical and reliable thanks to their level adjustment, dirt-resistant valves and the ability to connect an alarm contact (from model 31).

ECO-DRAIN condensate purgers are available for volumetric flows up to 1700 m3/min. Kaeser also offers special case variants, such as applications with aggressive condensation, service pressures up to 63 bar, vacuum production or freezing hazardous areas

  When the ECO-DRAIN capacitive sensor detects that the maximum filling level has been reached, its intelligent electronic system opens the valve membrane for the necessary time and closes it again.

  The capacitive sensor that records the filling level has no mechanical components that can break down. The pilot conduits leading to the valves are always clean. The use of a servo-assisted membrane valve allows a wide opening section.
• Simple maintenance without specialised technicians:
  The Service-Unit of models 30, 31 and 32 includes all maintenance components. This unit is securely placed by "clicking" on the control unit. This eliminates possible faults in the placement of the joints.
