Filtered Rectified Power Supplies ABL 8TEQ
Filtered and rectified power supplies have been built using a safety transformer equipped with a bridge rectifier and filter capacitors.
Without regulation, rectified power supplies provide an unregulated voltage sensitive to variations in line supply and load. They can only be used in good quality power supplies where fluctuations are limited to -10%… +10% of the nominal value.
