The digital refractometer is a water-resistant instrument that determines sugar content, with a measurement range of 0 to 50 % Brix. The measurement result and temperature are displayed on the digital refractometer's LCD screen in two lines. The digital refractometer can measure different parameters such as Brix, %TDS (total dissolved solids in coffee %), and refractive index, using only four or five drops of the sample quickly and accurately. The applications of the digital refractometer are very broad, from fruit harvesting to quality control. It is ideal for the food industry for content control and regulatory compliance. The stainless steel funnel-shaped ring protects the crystal prism from possible damage, and that's where the liquid sample to be measured is placed. The internal light source allows measurement in low-light conditions.
