Aeroqual Ozone Meter

The Aeroqual ozone meter is a highly accurate meter for measuring gas concentrations in the air. The ozone meter can be equipped with four different heads, which differ in the measurement range. There are also heads for the ozone meter for different types of gases, which are automatically recognized when the head is connected to the device. This allows the ozone meter to be used in many different sectors. The applications of the Aeroqual ozone meter in the industrial sector include paper, textile, or lubricant manufacturing companies, which use ozone in their processes to bleach oils, fats, wax, paper, synthetic fibers, cellulose, or textiles. Another application of the Aeroqual ozone meter is during and after cleaning, disinfection, and germicidal treatments performed in swimming pools, water treatment facilities, or after forest fires or water damage.

With the head for the lower measurement range up to 0.150 ppm, it can measure ozone concentrations that are harmful to humans. Thanks to the GSS sensor technology, the Aeroqual ozone meter has high accuracy and a long sensor life. The unique ability to refresh the sensors makes maintenance more economical than with other types of sensors. Depending on the model, it is possible to have an analog interface with a 0…5 V output that registers data in the internal memory or transfers it to a PC via the USB port. A remote kit is also available, which allows measurements to be taken with the ozone meter in a safe area, with the sensor connected to the meter via a cable.

Thanks to the simple handling, you can quickly adjust the alarm limit values for acoustic or optical warnings. The LCD screen indicates, in addition to the measurement values in ppm or mg/m³, the high and low alarm limit values.
