3M ETW-803 Heatshrink Tubing

The 3M ETW-803 is a flexible dualwall polyolefin heatshrink tubing with a coextruded hot melt adhesive. It features a 3:1 shrink ratio, a minimum shrink temperature of 120°C, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.

With its 3:1 shrink ratio, the ETW-803 is ideal for applications with wide diameter variations. The excellent flow properties of the adhesive ensure good environmental sealing of complex parts. As the tubing shrinks, the adhesive flows and fills gaps and crevices. Upon cooling, it forms a seal against moisture and other fluids, while the outer wall provides mechanical protection.

The ETW-803 is well suited for environmental sealing in various electronic, electrical, and mechanical applications such as connections and splices. It is available in sizes ranging from 3.0/1.0 mm to 40.0/13.0 mm with a total wall thickness (recovered) of 1.0-2.5 mm in black color. Standard packaging is in reels.
