Features
Battery Voltage: During the internal resistance test, Fluke battery analyzers also measure the voltage of the battery being tested.
Discharge Voltage: The discharge voltage function measures and records the voltage of each battery several times within the user-defined interval during a charge or discharge test. Users can calculate the time it takes for a battery to reach the cutoff voltage and use this information to determine the battery's capacity loss.
Ripple Voltage Check: Measures the unwanted residual AC component of rectified voltage in DC loads and inverter circuits. It allows users to check for AC components in DC load circuits and find one of the main causes of battery deterioration.
Meter Mode and Sequential Mode: Meter mode is used to perform quick tests or detect problems. In this mode, you can save and view readings in a single measurement or over time. Sequential mode is used for maintenance tasks with multiple power systems and battery strings. Before starting the task, users can configure a profile for data management and report generation.
Thresholds and Warnings: Users can configure up to 10 sets of thresholds and receive a Pass/Alarm/Fail indication after each measurement.
Cell-to-Cell Connector Resistance Test and Data Management
- Measures the resistance of the connection between cells in a battery line. After completing the measurements, Fluke Battery Management Software version 1.0.69 can now indicate the cell-to-cell connection resistance in a series of batteries or historical data over time.
AutoHold: When AutoHold is activated, readings are captured when they remain stable for 1 second. The reading is released when a new measurement starts.
AutoSave: When AutoSave is activated, measured values are automatically saved to internal memory after capturing an AutoHold reading.
Software
Fluke Battery Management Software: Easily transfer data from the instrument to a computer. Measurement data and battery profile information are stored and archived with the management software and can be used for comparisons and trend analysis. Measurement data, battery profile, and analysis information can be used to generate reports easily.
Other Features
- Comprehensive Logging: All measured values are automatically captured during checks and can be reviewed on the instrument itself before downloading them for on-the-go analysis.
- Optimized User Interface: Quick, guided, and graphical configuration that ensures correct data capture at all times.
- Battery Life: 7.4V, 3000 mAh lithium-ion battery with over eight hours of continuous operation.
- USB Port: For quick data download to the supplied software for data analysis and report management.
- Highest Industry Safety Rating: CAT III 600V, 1000V DC max. suitable for safe measurements in any battery power system.
- Intelligent BTL21 Test Probes: With long and short extenders, integrated LCD screen and speaker for visual and audible indications, and integrated infrared temperature sensor to measure the temperature at the negative battery terminal during each test.
Mobile App
The Fluke Battery Analyzer mobile app allows you to use the wireless function (Fluke BA Mobile). View the profile and results associated with the test from the battery analyzer. Send the profile and test results by email in ".csv" format.
