Monopolar D Type 6 kA, System Pro M
The D type offers a short-circuit response level (but higher than the C type) of 10 - 13 x rated current, making them suitable for circuits with high input currents, such as motor control and lighting installations with fluorescent lamps in industrial buildings. Noise could cause incorrect disconnection if a faster type were used.
