Formerly Siemens Elmo and Nash Elmo regenerative and lateral channel fans. Some technologies are so good that it's hard to improve them. Elmo Rietschle lateral channel blowers are a good example. At one time known as gas ring blowers or compressors, they have proven their reliability in service for many decades, operating smoothly day after day with virtually no downtime. Noise levels have been lower than most other vacuum pumps and compressors.
Lateral channel blowers are used to transport gases and gas-air mixtures.
