Bipolar Type K 14 kA, System Pro M Compact
The ABB S200 series of MCBs offers a compact solution for protection requirements. These miniature circuit breakers are current limiting and DIN rail mountable, and can provide a good equivalent for systems protected by fuses.
Type K Characteristics
Type K characteristics have been specifically designed for the protection of motor control circuits and elements used within them. It has a very sensitive thermal curve, combined with a magnetic setting 8 times the normal input current, which is high enough to prevent undue disconnections from surges, and provides good protection against overcurrent conditions.
