The IC500 Controller has been specially designed to perform control or communication tasks e.g. as hubcontroller in wind turbines. As a communication controller the IC500 is used in combination with the WP3100 or WP3000 controller to provide multiple access to wind turbines in a wind park. Hardware: Integrated I/O and COM-ports The compact design of the IC500 controller makes it noise immune and perfect for building-in with other components. Easily expandable with different extension interfaces. User-friendly design for error detection. Access: The IC500 Controller offers no direct access via a local display. All maintenance of IC500 units are carried out via a Remote Display in the Ser-vice System or the WPMS Management System. Access is obtained by local or modem connection to the COM ports. Internal turbine network: Possibility of constructing an internal network with more controllers from Mita-Teknik. Software: The programming is under-taken in language ?ANSI C? and ? Assembler?. The software can be uploaded via direct-, park-, and modem connection modem.
